Composition

Each canvas header is editable — rename it and the Milestones panel updates to match. Use the Canvas dropdown below (or ▲ ▼) to move a curve between canvases. Up to 3 canvases.

Theme

Color theme (overwrites curve colors)

Themes recolor curves by their color role (set per curve below). Tweak any colors, then Save as theme to reuse them later.

The title text is the visual name (top-left). Drag it on the canvas to position it — it obeys Snap and exports with the chart.

Divider Tint Node

Split x Node y

A branch marks a handoff where the story forks into separate tracks — the node, divider and tint highlight where one canvas gives way to the next. Needs at least two canvases; with a single canvas it's off and curves span the whole artboard.

Milestones

Click a milestone to select it, then use ▲ ▼ to reorder it — crossing into the next canvas at a boundary — or Delete to remove it.

The Y axis is a relative 0–1 scale; the Low/High labels (and ticks) tell readers what the height means.

↻ Story Arc is built for a larger screen — best on desktop. Editing works on touch, but the layout is cramped here.
